ALTCORE Return and Refund Policy
We at ALTCORE your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be completely happy with your
purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Unopened Products: We accept returns of unopened products within 7 days of delivery. The products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
- Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 2 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as per your preference
- Incorrect Product: In case you receive an incorrect product, please inform us within 2 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you and the incorrect product to be returned.
ReturnProcess:

2. Provide Details : Provide your order number, the reason for return, and any relevant photos
(in case of damage or incorrect product).
3. Return Authorization : Our customer support team will provide you with a return
authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the product.
4 Packaging : Pack the product securely in its original packaging, along with the RAN
5 Shipping : Ship the product to the address provided by our customer support team. The
return shipping cost will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged or
incorrect product.
Refunds:
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.
Important Notes:
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
- Please ensure that the product is packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
